CSR's

Customer Service Representatives

Lynda

Lynda has worked with us since 2014. She has worked in customer service her whole life. Lynda loves working with animals and getting to know the clients. Outside of work, she likes to spend time with friends, family and cats, country dancing, camping, wine tasting, and traveling.

Susan

Susan has been working with our hospitals since 1994. Her favorite part of vet med is client education. Outside of work, Susan loves reading, beading and horseback riding.

Austyn

Austyn joined our staff in 2023 as a CSR. Her favorite part of vet med is being able to watch how great medicine practiced by amazing doctors can have such a positive impact on an animal's life.

CSR's

Customer Service Representatives

Destinee

Destinee started with us briefly in 2013 as a bather and groomer. She returned to our practice in December of 2024 to become a CSR. Her favorite part of the practice is seeing families with their happy and healthy pets. Outside of work, Destinee loves cooking, baking, and hiking with her family.

Kira

Kira has worked with us since 2022. You may also find her at the front desk of our Northgate location. Kira loves learning new things everyday and meeting all kinds of animals and people. Outside of work, she loves going to the gym and spending time with her family.

Tiffany

Business Administrator

Tiffany joined us in April of 2024, but has been in the vet industry since 2014. She loves building long-lasting relationships with the clients and making sure their pets have the highest level of care. Outside of work, you can find her with family, being outdoors, or making soap in her kitchen.

Registered Veterinary Technicians

Tina

Tina has been with Village Oak since day one. She graduated from San Joaquin Valley College in 2001. Her favorite areas of vet med are surgery and radiology. In her free time, she loves to be outdoors, and spend time with her son and pug.

Desiree

Desiree has been working for our hospitals since 2019. She completed the Veterinary Allied Staff Education program to pass her boards and become an RVT. Her favorite part of vet med is internal medicine and dentistry. Outside of work, Desiree loves showing rabbits, horseback riding, and spending time with her husband.

Alexus

Alexus has been at Village Oak Veterinary Hospital since 2013, joining the team after graduating from Carrington College in 2012. Her favorite parts of the practice are patient care, anesthesia, and dental cleaning. Her interests outside of work include kayaking, camping, concerts and hanging out with her dog, Lucy.

Veterinary Assistants

Kelsey

Kelsey has been working at Village Oak Veterinary Hospital since 2014, starting in the kennel department and now working as a veterinary assistant. She enjoys working with the patients and their families, making their experience at the office comfortable and caring. Outside of the office she likes to kayak, camp, and spend time with her family, friends and 3 cats.

Isabel

Isabel has worked at Village Oak since 2022. Her favorite part of vet med is to know how much our patients love to come visit us. Outside of work, Isabel loves reading, watching movies, and spending time with her friends, family, and cats.

Gwen

Gwen has worked with us since 2022. Her favorite part of vet med is getting to work with animals. In her free time, Gwen loves baking, cooking, reading, and spending time with friends and family.

Veterinary Assistants

Olivia

Olivia has been at Village Oak since 2023. She attended and graduated from Modesto Junior College in 2024. Her favorite part of vet med is helping animals and helping owners understand their pet's health needs.

Denise

Denise has been working with us since 2022. Her favorite part of vet med is building relationships with her patients to make sure they are as comfortable as can be. Outside of work, Denise loves to hike, kayak, go to the aquarium, and go on drives.

Cristina

Cristina joined Village Oak in 2024. She is currently going to school to become a Registered Veterinary Technician and is currently certified in veterinary assistance. Her favorite part of vet med is helping animals feel and looks better. In her off time, Cristina loves to travel.

Grooming/Kennels

Jessica

Jessica has been at Village Oak since 2016, with a year of supervised professional grooming. Her favorite part of work is creating bonds with the animals she grooms. In her free time, Jessica kayaks, goes to concerts and watches movies with her cats.

Athena

Athena has been working with us since January of 2024. She is currently in school to become a veterinary technician. Her favorite part of vet med is being able to help care for our patients in all kinds of ways to meet their needs. She loves the variety that comes with her work. Outside of work, Athena loves hiking, reading, photography and spending time with family and her pet, Nala.

Ashleigh

Ashleigh has joined Village Oak in November 2024. Her favorite part of the business is getting to build relationships with her patients. Outside of work, Ashleigh loves to read, and spend time with friends and family.
